About A4Acre
Buying property in Kerala means dealing with ten different people and trusting most of them on faith. A4Acre exists to reduce how much faith is required.
There is no shortage of places to find a property. The hard part has never been discovery — it is knowing whether what you are reading matches what is actually on the ground. Is the seller really the owner? Is it still available? Is the road wide enough for a car? Is the plot the size they say? Has anyone actually been there?
Those questions have answers. They just require someone to go and look. So that is what we do: an A4Acre representative visits the property, walks the boundary, measures the road, photographs the approach and records what they found — including the parts that are inconvenient.
We publish all of it, with dates and names attached, and we are careful about the line between what we checked and what we did not. Our inspection is not a legal verification of ownership. We say so on every listing, because a platform that blurs that line is setting its users up for trouble.
Listing is free. Browsing is free. Contacting the seller is free. We make money by doing work — photography, drone, measurements, inspections, reports — never by selling position in search results. That constraint is deliberate: the moment visibility becomes purchasable, the ranking stops meaning anything.
We are starting small and narrow, in Kozhikode, then Malappuram and Kannur. A hundred properties we genuinely understand are worth more than ten thousand we have never seen.
