- Do I have to pay anything to list my property?
- No. Listing, appearing in search and receiving enquiries are free, and there is no commission on your sale. You pay only if you ask A4Acre to perform professional work on the ground.
- Does paying for services move my property up the search results?
- Not directly — ranking cannot be bought. Documentation raises your listing's quality score only because it genuinely makes the listing more complete and more useful to buyers.
- Does an inspection prove the seller owns the property?
- No. An inspection records what our representative physically observed on a given date. Ownership, title and encumbrance are legal matters for a qualified lawyer — we say so on every listing, and we can coordinate with professional partners.
- How fresh is the information on a listing?
- Every listing shows when the seller last confirmed availability. Listings that go 60 days without confirmation are removed automatically.
