How our verification works
We never show you a bare tick. Every verification claim on A4Acre states what was checked, by whom, and when — because a badge with no detail behind it is worth nothing.
What we do not claim
A4Acre inspects properties. We do not verify legal ownership, title or encumbrance — that is a lawyer's work, and anyone telling you otherwise is overselling. Kerala's Registration Department provides official services for encumbrance certificates, certified copies and fair value of land. We point you towards those records and towards qualified professionals; we do not attempt to replace them.
We are also not the only platform that verifies listings. Others do too. What we think is different is the depth and the transparency: six graded levels instead of a binary badge, a dated checklist instead of a tick, and physical measurements of the things Kerala buyers actually care about — road width, access type, boundary, slope.

Listings stay current
The most common frustration in Indian property search is calling about a listing that sold months ago.

- 🟡 Confirmed 15–45 days ago
- 🔴 Not confirmed for 46+ days
We ask every seller to re-confirm availability, and a listing that goes 60 days without confirmation is removed from search automatically. One tap from the seller brings it back.
